The Inclusion Project (Canada) · Verified Project Completion
An AI-assisted organizational management platform centralizing stakeholder relations, partner pipelines, program & event tracking, grant funding, and reporting into a unified intelligence system.
Centralizing operations for Canada’s premier equity initiative with Google Gemini AI intelligence & Supabase RBAC.
The Inclusion Project (TIP) is a Canada-based organization dedicated to advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion across Canadian society. As the organization expanded its partnerships, community programs, and national initiatives, operational data became scattered across disparate spreadsheets, email threads, and third-party tools.
Tracking partner engagement stages, event attendance records, grant application milestones, and internal task velocity required hours of manual cross-referencing every week, creating reporting bottlenecks and slowing down executive decision-making.
Jointly designed and engineered by Pritam Biswas and Divyanshaa Jain, TIP CRM centralizes the complete operational lifecycle of The Inclusion Project into a unified, high-performance web platform:
Rather than relying on generic, ungrounded chat prompts, TIP CRM incorporates a customized AI intelligence layer powered by the Google Gemini API:
Natural-Language Q&A: Team members can query complex operational records in plain English (e.g., "Which grant reports are due next month?" or "Summarize our active corporate partners in Ontario").
Deterministic Data Synthesis: The AI layer combines Gemini reasoning with deterministic calculations and structured CSV/Excel processing, eliminating hallucination risks and delivering reliable numbers for board-level reporting.
Action Recommendations: Automatically highlights stalled partner leads, suggests follow-up timelines, and flags upcoming event coordination deadlines.
Pritam designed the architecture with a strict focus on scalability, maintainability, and total organizational autonomy:
Frontend: Built on React 19, TypeScript, Vite, and Tailwind CSS for instant sub-second page transitions, reactive client state, and accessibility.
Backend & Database: Backed by Supabase (PostgreSQL) leveraging Row-Level Security (RLS), real-time database subscriptions, and secure JWT authentication with administrator-level access controls.
Handover & Governance: Deployed with GitHub-based CI/CD workflows, comprehensive user guidance manuals, and full administrative handover, empowering The Inclusion Project team to operate and expand the platform independently without recurring vendor lock-in.
